For recordings, click on Dashboard and then on Content. in Content, you can search by class name, pose name, and body part or scroll through the library. I suggest, clicking on Playlists where I have featured playlists where the most current classes are compiled or search through the different playlists for past classes being added daily.

I have included a 6-session Beginning Yoga Series under Playlists which is an excellent class to get started. Even experienced students and teachers report they got tips and insights that clarified their understanding.
Level 1/2 class are slower-paced, technical forays into postures and principles that inform our practice. Often referred to as "Depth in the Basics" these classes are full of great strategies to approach basic poses with greater clarity and to approach slightly challenging poses sequentially. In the archives look for Depth in the Basics Playlists and the Exploring the Basics Playlists.
The Slow Flow and Dynamic Alignment playlist will offer a Level 1/2 type of practice with less step-by-step breakdown but enough information to help guide you without unrealistic amounts of challenge.
For short movement snacks, I suggest the Short Form & Theme Classes.
Level 2 Classes focus on a peak pose and their various component parts. These classes offer modifications and alternatives to make them as accessible as possible to a wide range of experienced students. (In the archive, look for Monday and Friday Peak Pose Classes.)
Stretch & Strengthen classes offer good anatomical information, focus on both stability and freedom through the forms and usually include fun drills and prop-based work to support understanding.
Level 2/3 Classes are typically strong-work class and also include a little more challenging postures. Good for ongoing students who want a challenge and still enjoy a good breakdown and explanation along the way. (In the archive, look for Dedicated Action playlists.)
Every Saturday we have a flow class. It is the one class each week that may have a playlist and that is indicated on the calendar. Don't like music and love to flow, look for NonLivestream Flow, Informed Flow, and Dynamic Alignment playlists as well as Flows from 2024-2025 under the Saturday Flow Playlist. (soon to be added.)
Want advanced classes? Look in the archive for Expanding Capacity and Asana Junkies playlists and if you are love back bends, look for Build Better Back Bends, The Heart is the Hub, and For Back Bend Enthusiasts playlists.
